Bunny Boink Terrarium
A downloadable simulator for Windows and Linux
I noticed there were horny mods for Starbound and got as far as looking into downloading sexbound before deciding hey, I have a game engine, why restrict myself to Starbound's pixel scale where a boob is 4 pixels wide max? I'm also drawing inspiration from games like The Sims and Dwarf Fortress to, over time, grow this project into a sexy story creating engine.
This Game Is Not Finished: Head's Up: this game is currently at a stage you might call "Game Jam Demo". But rather than hide it away as I slowly add things, I'm releasing incremental builds any time I feel like it, with the goal of gradually building it into something much bigger.
Newest Version: 0.2.0: Boinks are moddable! There's more of them! Save and Load work much better! There's music, but you can turn it off!
In addition to the screensaver version, I now have desktop versions up!
WARNING! The screensaver is most likely terrible at actually saving screens! If you have an OLED device don't leave the screensaver running for extended periods!
Known Issue: Windows tries to start a preview instance any time you select this screensaver, so the game starts, and you get a popup as though a big program was starting, but then it closes itself. This could in theory be avoided, but I haven't figured out how to make Godot do something that reads arguments and closes before the splash screen happens, so for now, deal with it~

Is this abandoned?
super exited for more content is there a timeframe fore the next update?
The next update is tentatively scheduled for February 14, although it's anybody's guess how many of my planned features will be in yet. I'm definitely developing this thing "out in the open" so releases might only get a few new features each, but hopefully will happen a lot more often than they did before!
thanks for the update cant wait
I've fiddled around with this a fair bit and... I'd say you've got a solid foundation for something good here!I sincerely hope you come back to this at some point, this project has some good bones... Even if the bunnies aren't doing any boning just yet ;p
the screen saver works fine for me. nice work
was this removed from itch cause there is no install files
I run it as a screen saver and there are no bunnies on screen. I ran it as a exe and they appear but the window kinda is off centre also the bunnies are shades of pink and red not grey.
Running it on windows 10
This is a bug I thought I fixed a while ago (I'll get to it eventually) where if you don't click on settings for the screen saver, pick a value for number of bunnies AND hit "save", the screensaver starts with a value of 0 for number of bunnies. Doing that should fix it for now.
ah right I see now thanks. Btw is there a option in the works to have them work for OBS? like have them walking and bonking around the edges of the screen. Maybe a way for users to put in there own OC sprites in too! :)
It's sort of on the roadmap! No idea what the pacing for this silly project is going to be like, but I do have plans to make the sprites moddable (maybe drop in sprite sheets and some script files?) and although it wasn't part of the Design Document I was definitely already thinking about how OBS can do chroma keying, and how that'd make it pretty easy to do something where you could add bunnies to a stream...
